Our abuse system is fully automated and all complaints that we received are automatically parsed and associated with a customer account. Upon being processed, A new ticket is created in the Abuse Department to alert the client of the new complaint. Each complaint is treated individually and must be individually addressed! Servers with unresolved abuse complaints are subject to suspension. Once you have resolved the issue in the complaint below, you may "Update us via the ticket" . If you have questions, you may contact Account Manager and provide the associated complaint ID for review.
