If your IP address is blocked by the server's firewall, you can unblock this yourself.
Login to the Secure Client Login > https://www.mylighthost.com/manager/clientarea.php > under the Support Menu select > Unblock IP Address >> Check for IP Block The text field will automatically detect your IP address.
If you are at a different location than the IP address is blocked. you have to type the public IP on this text field and then click the button below.
If it does not work - - submit a support ticket with the IP address that is blocked.
Not sure how to find out what your IP address is?
Go to Google and type "what is my IP" and that will tell you your public IP address.
