show or hide cpanel files

Hidden file and directory name generally start with  'dot' [.] sign.
.htaccess for example.

To make hidden file  visible to you have to follow this steps:

Login to cPanel >> Under file click file manager 
File manager

Click setting on the upper right corner


Select your Document Root and check the  Show hidden files tick box and click Save

  • cpanel, .htaccess, show cpanel file, display files, htaccess not exicts, file already exicts, hide files
